No! There are no subscriptions with hyperPad. hyperPad is One single purchase that includes all features and functionality.

Can I set my own price for my app in the App Store?

Yes! Since you submit the app under your own Apple Developer License, you handle all the pricing your self. You can choose what ever you feel is fair for your app.

Who owns my content?

You do. You own everything you create, all we ask is you let us tell the world about your awesome projects and share your screenshots on our site, blogs, newsletters, and ads.

I don’t have a Mac what can I do?

You do need a mac to compile and submit your app to Apple. We are currently working on a solution to eliminate the need for a mac, but if you’re in a rush, contact us and we’ll come up with a solution.

What else do I need to get my App in the App Store?

You will need a valid Apple Developer License to have your app live in the App Store, and a Mac computer running the latest version of OS X and Xcode to submit the App to Apple. We’re currently working on a solution so you no longer need a Mac.

I don’t want my App in the App store, only on my iPads Home Screen. Do I still need a Developer account?

You will still require a Developer subscription, and a current Mac computer.

Can I update my App in the App Store?

You will need a valid Apple Developer License to have your app live in the App Store, and a Mac computer running the latest version of OS X and Xcode to submit the App to Apple. We’re currently working on a solution so you no longer need a Mac.

When is hyperPad coming to additional platforms:

Our focus right now is to perfect the hyperPad experience on iPad. We do have goals to expand onto additional platforms but there is currently no date set.

Can I use Swift or other programming languages inside of hyperPad?

The purpose of hyperPad is to simplify the creation process. We do the programming so you don’t have to! That being said, using the “Broadcast” behaviors in hyperPad you can have your hyperPad project execute code you write inXcode. But keep in mind that this code will only work on exported projects for the App Store and not any project in the hub.

Can hyperPad make iPhone games or only iPad?

You can make iPhone or iPad games within hyperPad. The hyperPad editor has support for multiple aspect ratios as well as portrait and landscape projects.

Do I need to register to use hyperPad?

No. You can skip the signin from the log in screen. A hyperPad account is completely optional. However when logged in you do get access to community features like the hub and the forum.
