The game isn't very clear about what slopes are too steep to go up. I don't like the very first obstacle because the loading time in between levels means I have to be playing almost as soon as it's done loading, I'd suggest making the player stand still at first and then when you tap it starts moving. I didn't know I could double jump at first, and the button controls feel way better.

Great game so far!

A few suggestions to make the fundamental gameplay a bit better: 1. Some text or graphics showing what the input to the game is. It took a couple tries to figure out the swiping motion. Intuitively tapping the screen for jumping makes more sense to me. 2. Resetting the game after dying takes too long for older devices. You can try to leverage preloading a bit better instead of restarting the entire level from scratch, or implement your own resetting of game objects. Perhaps even creating smaller chunks of levels and using multiple scenes, or generating levels on the fly if you want to get super fancy. Several things you can try here. 3. The slight difference in shade of the solid grey ground and the background gray is not contrasting enough and may confuse players in thinking the background is solid ground.

I have fixed most of the things you requested but as for tapping for a jump I couldn't do it obstructs some other behaviours. I have added a new mode for controls that will be released soon!

I'm pretty new to these new networking behaviors. Doesn't the game connect to the socket with any url? I'm confused... :3

I'm actually still trying to figure out socket.io, the game only gives the illusion of being multiplayer at the moment. I hope hyperPad release a online example soon.

Yeah.... I tried to connect to a socket but it just says 'Connecting'..... It doesn't even say it's done.... :3

This game is awesome! I can't wait for the completely online mode- it sounds so cool! The game itself is pretty fun too- with all the bumps and stuff.

The new update ruined the game for me.

Too much lag to do anything, or figure out what's going on. Is it multiplayer? Why is it lagging?

The game is not infact multiplayer but that will be implemented soon, as for lag this game was made on the newest iPad Pro so I have not experienced any lag but I will try to find out what the problem is and fix it soon.

I have a suggestion for Square! Why not add some sort of online mode where you can compete with other players for the highest score in a server?

Whoops... as soon as I wrote that, I immediately saw that there in fact WAS an online mode. However, the performance could be improved. Other than that, great game!

Square is not actually online yet, I am still trying to find out how to make all the behaviours work together, thanks for the suggestion.
