Can anyone explain to me how to make the parts of the barrier disappear? I tried to make a space invader game before but only though of each pixel being an individual block.

Please make the controls more obvious. I got the hang of them here, but not in your other game.

Pretty good, it's weird that the enemies just move left and right no the spot, forcing players to make a hole in the barrier. Also, the player fire rate feels too fast, and the controls weren't very obvious at first, but after a while it was good.
