I just remembered this game! So I just played it... The level creator, sadly, is completely broken. I played the game and I reached the end. I spotted a bug though. If you fall, you'll just fall forever. You should just put an empty object as the bottom of the screen, as a killer.

The level creator is broken? I'll look into it.

I thought I put things like that at the bottom so that didn't happen... I'll check all of this out

So you've got it out! Great! I like it!

I still haven't tried out the level editor, but the gameplay is as good as before. One small suggestion is working on illuminating the text and instead using sorts of symbols and such to let the player know what to do. It just seems sort of not professional. Maybe you can use custom fonts?

I like the theme and background as well, but maybe you should incorporate a color scheme? If you Ho on my game "Exactly!" you'll see a really old, long comment that Hamed posted. It has a link to a color scheme website called LOL colors. You can also search it up on the Internet.

Ok! Good luck in the future, and looking forward to seeing more!

Thanks! I thought you would have tried out the editor! Let me know how I did when you get a chance! :)

Ok, I've tried the editor out! There're some things you can do to make it better. They would be pretty hard though:

  1. It would be great if there was like a grid involved. All objects snap to that grid, just like on the ?Hyperpad editor, except of course the grid you'd make would be way more cramped with boxes and spaces.

  2. I'd look into adding different color/theme options for the blocks. That way there game could be more "their own" if you know what I mean.

  3. Maybe you can possible save the level. You would have to make everything into real long code. I was planning on trying that out in my game, but it's a bit too early. I could tell you once I've finally tried though - maybe in two months lol.

  4. Please include a lot of options. Going back to the "their own" thing, that's probably the best way to go about it, and the colors :) .

Ok, good luck! Let me know what you think!

Yeah, those all seem pretty difficult to do, but would definitely make the editor better. I'll try and see which ones I can do. Thanks so much :)

I'm glad to help. :)

Very nice! The gameplay is pretty fun, and reasonably smooth. I would recommend using "Set Velocity"s for some smoother movement. "Set Velocity" is my go-to behavior for movement, as it's very reliable if you know how to use it.

Nonetheless, keep up the good work dude, and I'm looking forward to what you've got planned for the summer :D

I'll check out the "set velocity" behavior and see if I can improve the game. Thanks for the kind words!

I understand the Notes/Collectables button doesn't work. That'll probably be added much later.
