This is my 2nd game which I am planing to upload to appstore in 2 weeks.there are still some things to make before it is complete.this game has 2 platforms easy and hard and I still didnt lock the hard platform,I advice you to start playing with jungle-easy level.at first I made this game only for ipad but then zoomed out to make it for all devices,it has an advantage for those who play with ipad..pls comment about gameplay as some levels might not be clear enough at first..thanks.

Hakan, I do enjoy Cargo rush. Love the ideea (I'm a bit gellous) and yeah the game loading seems a bit smoother. There must be a solution for faster loading times, I mean the games we make are not super heavy or outreageausly complicated so maybe hyperPad has a glitch somewhere in the compiling engine ... I see when you load the game from app store it say made with hyperPad but then there is this down side of loading time so this is bad for them, l would think ... I do run on ipad 2 from 2011

After publishing the game I mentioned the same thing about loading times to Hamed and adviced to concentrate more on developing the performance and I am sure they try to do their best.for now there is nothing we can do but concentrate more on ideas with less graphics.Also after finishing the current game I will work on adventure mine to improve performance by using premade tracks and less graphics but I dont think About spending time on plane mess as it didnt take any attention and it was just a waste of time and experience.

Wasting time on doing something it is experience ;) so you didn't waste any building Plane Mess. Didn't got attention where ? In the app store? 90% of games dont so dont worry ... Hope the speed of hyperPad gets improoved soon or ill be forced to drop it again for a while.

I think my games are better than at least %50 of games in the appstore and it is really boring to see that especially adventure mine gets lost in games that are filled with ad traps.but if you can manage to get reviews from users it effects the game ranking greatly and also the appstore boost for a couple days after publishing gives you an opportunity to reach many people if you really make a good game.

Impressive graphics, nice gameplay! It is a killer the loading times, I installed it from the appStore but is very slow on loading up ... This type of game should take 1 s. to load and play, I had no patience so I give up at level 3. Nice work on the other hand!

The loading times and size of games effected the permormance and downloads of my games seriously but this is experience both for me and all hyperpad users.after releasing these 2 games I decided to work on projects with less objects and short loading times..thanks for your fair comment.for my new game cargo rush which has very short loading time if you have some free time pls try to play levels so that I can make it clear if there is any problem.thanks

This is actually a really cool game! It's very approachable, and the graphics stand out as very crisp. Definitely very professional-like.

That said, the loading times are really annoying. I'd experiment with preloading, though it's very hard to put into use. Maybe just make a loading screen to show the user what's happening?

I'm happy that you like the game.both of my games have the problem of loading time.I cant use preload scene as it effects the performance a lot because I used many objects on each scene and the loading scenes cause the game to load longer I didnt want to use it.For previous game I downloaded it to some people around me and on new machines it works better than my ipad which I got 5 years ago.

How about you try to break up scenes into multiple scenes to try to minimize the loading? Or maybe you can preload scenes from a loading screen, so that it doesn't interfere with performance?

Can you explain more what you mean by breaking up scenes? For preload from loading screen do you mean loading all scenes before main menu?

For breaking up scenes you can split levels into seperate scenes so as to minimize object use. You could make some sort of checkpoint system, and move the player through levels without him or her even knowing about it. In fact, when cutting down on objects the scene transfer will be almost immediate. This might require a lot of redesigning though, and that's where preloading multiple scenes at once can come in.

You could have a loading screen that appears before the menu, and style your game so that you're generally redirected there. There you can do all the preloading functions so that later scene transfer is immediate. You can combine the two to make restarting scenes still smooth and possible. And you really have to figure out exactly how you will do it yourself. Just an idea.

I'm only up to level 6 but it's a cool game so far. There was a little bit of trial and error when I wasn't sure what path the plane would take, but it was still fairly intuitive. One bug I found was that after failing level 6, it played the fail music, but no restart button appeared.

Thanks for feedback Jack I will check and fix these bugs..I dont know if you you fail much while playing but I am scared Some levels might bore people when they arent clear which path they should follow.pls tell me if you see such a level where it is very hard to discover how to do it..

I didn't find it boring but updating hyperPad seems to have rest my save values. I was lazy and didn't want to redo the old levels, so I skipped to the hard desert levels. They were definitely hard but still fun and challenging. One thing that might be good is to show what order the planes will appear in as a timeline on the overview, to reduce the amount of trial and error. Also, the first desert level was hard because I didn't get much of an overview of the whole level. Maybe make it possible to pan while on the overview screen, before pressing the play button. There is a bug where it is possible to start touching the planes before pressing play, messing up the level. Another thing that is sort of a bug is that unintended routes don't work- on level 9 of desert, when the red plane collects its coin, a yellow coin appears on the top left, sending the first yellow plane upwards just flies past the coin and ends it. It might be fine the way it is if it's intentional though.

Thanks for the feedback Jack.I changed the place of gems for the first level of desert to make it easier so no need to speed up the first planes.for your previous feedback about level 11 I fixed the bug and also I decided to change the timer to digital now it is more clear.I also added 3 guides to level 6 showing the route as it is a hard level for easy platform so made it easier.about overview I might add a gradient colour on edge of screen 3 -4 seconds before the plane appearsbut it will be very hard as there are 30 levels I am not sure about it.thanks a lot ,your advices have been great use for me sorry for locked levels I think I should have uploaded with unlocked levels.

The first 4 levels are unlocked as I forgot to reset save data..I also added skip level button for you to easily pass levels so that you dont need to try again and again as this is a hard game but I didnt load all behaviours for skip level button that means if you use it,it will pass to next level but not unlock the level on the main menu..

I can't play it, getting "Error Error loading project. Please try again later." I think I've seen this happen before and not get fixed, so I would contact support to make sure they see this if anyone else has this problem.

This can happen if the project failed to upload to the hub correctly. This is usually the case with a weak wifi signal or another connection drop during the upload of a larger project.

If this happens, simply update the game and make sure the iPad doesn't go to sleep, and try to be sure you have a stable connection.
