Pretty fun. I found the delay until I can throw another knife was a bit too long. Other than that, nice game. Perhaps add some different "worlds" for more variation.

@Dave007 actually, the delay is fine in the first few levels, but when it's level IV (and maybe above?) the delay was increased.

Nice little game! I really enjoy polished simple games like this. This just goes to show you don't need to try and create a huge game, sometimes its better to just focus on a fun finished game :)
