That's because screen shots are the wrong resolution. You need an app that will let you make an icon of 1024x1024 pixels. Most drawing/painting apps will let you create a custom canvas size. This is a rule for the hub. Not a suggestion.
Take a look at our forum, there are a few apps listed in the pinned posts that could help here.

It looks really strange that the dirt moves around with the player, and the dirt looks like it came from Minecraft. Knifing is really strange because you can do it from any distance but only to certain guards, and there's no animations for anything. You probably also should show the view range of the guards, and change the collisions of stuff because most of the time you looks like you are running into nothing.
