There is a behavior in the "Scene" tab titled "Set Timescale." You input the percent of speed (100% is normal, 200% is twice as fast, 50% is twice as slow, etc.) to whatever you want. You can also choose if you want the music to speed up as well.

I use a cool image resizer, I make a square image with PixArtist, then I resize the image and bam!

Add a speed boost powerup!
