Great start so far. I'd suggest adding some sound effects, it will make it much more enjoyable. You'd be surprised at how much sounds and music can change the feel of a game. Another suggestion, make it so you can jump on the enemies head so you can kill it. I think because of mario, it's almost assumed that in every platformer you can jump on the enemies head
Oh, and also in the future please put a proper update description. This is one of the hub rules. The reason for this is that it helps reduce unnecessary updates, and forces you to actually think about what you're updating with. If you're having a hard time explaining what's changed, then maybe you should hold off on the update until more has been changed. :)
