I know the original game :). In the original game there is visual and audio feedback to tell the user something is happening. For example using the bone saw you can her sawing noises and see the bone cut.
It's based on the game and you've ever heard of surgeon simulator you use the bone saw then take out the lungs then use the scalpel on the heart
Pretty cool game. Would like to see more levels/surgeries.
Few suggestions:

give more time.. At least to start with. Make it harder with more levels.

no idea if what I'm doing is working. There is no feedback to the user.. No sound, no animation etc. What I mean by this is, if I needle the user I don't know if it worked, or not. I just drag things and hope for the best.
I agree, you loose blood way too fast. Not enough time to figure it out. The real game gives you enough time to try things and make mistakes and figure out what to do.
